As a CrossFit Affiliate..
We believe everyone deserves an opportunity to own their health — no one should be robbed of their potential to live the fullest life possible. And yet, the world around us continues to do just the opposite, siphoning away our agency by offering quick fixes and overly politicized, confusing, or gimmicky messages. Health and fitness is not easy but it is simple through CrossFit. As an Affiliate, our purpose is to bring the methodology to you on a daily basis through programming, coaching, education and more.
CrossFit’s vision is to make the world a healthier place — one full of people with the physical, mental, and emotional vitality, capacity, independence, and resilience to thrive well into their 80s and 90s.
Improving health and fitness does not need to be complicated, confusing, or mysterious. It also does not have to be boring or isolating.
For 25 years, CrossFit has provided a simple and direct path to health and fitness that is unparalleled in its efficacy for anyone willing to show up and put in the work — from Olympic-level athletes to grandparents.
Who Is CrossFit For?
Anyone willing to show up and do the work. Our workouts are challenging but can be modified to meet people where they are. This makes them achievable for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. You don’t have to be fit to do CrossFit; you do CrossFit to get fit.
Why should I try CrossFit?
If you are going to spend time in a gym, CrossFit is the way to get the most bang for your buck in terms of results for the time invested. These unparalleled results, plus the support of our strong community, will keep you coming back again and again.
What to expect?
Each class is one hour long and will consist of a different workout each day. Class will begin with a brief at the whiteboard to explain the Workout of the Day and the stimulus we are looking to achieve. Following the brief, your coach will provide a general warm up and a specific warm up preparing you for the movements in that day’s workout. You will be taught and corrected throughout the hour to ensure you’re moving well and safely. There will be a countdown to start the workout and following its completion, everyone in class will write their score on the whiteboard. After the workout, together the class will cool down with stretches and of course some fun chatter.

Do you have to be fit to start CrossFit?
Absolutely not. The purpose of CrossFit is to become healthier and fitter. Come in and start working toward your goals today with the best fitness program that exists and let us help you get there.
How many days should I come per week?
We recommend at least 4 days per week, ideally 2 days in a row with a rest day in between. The more consistent you are, the more results you will see.
What do we mean by constantly varied?
Constantly varied workouts are a critical component of the CrossFit methodology. Doing different workouts every day prepares us to handle anything life throws at us, from the unknown to the unknowable. CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing. We want to be good at everything but not world-class at anything. We understand what our deadlift looks like if we can run a 4-minute mile and, conversely, what our mile time looks like if we can deadlift 800 lb. By nature, specializing in one area causes deficiencies in many other areas. We’d much rather have a 5-minute mile and 500-lb deadlift. CrossFit owns this middle ground of excellent capacity across the full spectrum of challenges.
When you say high intensity, what does that mean?
Intensity is relative and is based on each individual's physical and psychological tolerances. Intensity is where the good stuff is that allows us to achieve our goals; it’s essential, however we all have unique tolerances. In CrossFit, our program differs by degree not by kind allowing you to train for physical dominance (a competitive athlete) or for physical competence (longevity of life). This is precisely why we scale workouts, in order to find the appropriate intensity for each individual.
What do we mean by functional movement?
Functional movements are “natural,” meaning they are not movement patterns used only at the gym. Rather, these movements are found everywhere in human behavior and arise spontaneously as a response to life. For example, getting up out of a chair requires an air squat; picking up groceries from the floor, a deadlift; getting a five-gallon water jug onto a table, a clean; placing items on a high shelf, a shoulder press. We also deem functional movements “essential.” These are the movements life demands — whether we practice them or not — which makes them essential to independent living. When we lose the ability to perform functional movements, we also lose the ability to live independently.
